Mr. Free At 33: Your Financial Independence Coach

December 24, 2016 by Jason Fieber 8 Comments

I recently described to you readers how I was seeking a new challenge.

Well, a vision came to me a little while back on exactly what that new challenge would be.

My next great challenge in life is to coach people on their way to financial independence.

Look, I’m in a wonderful spot in life.

I’m essentially retired in my early 30s. I’m financially independent, and I’m living the life of my dreams. I’m able to set my own schedule, do what I want, and generally go about life without financial concerns. It’s incredible.

But I think this is way too fantastic to keep all to myself. And I know, deep down inside, that all of the experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the last seven years is too valuable to keep to myself. Moreover, I genuinely want to help people.

I know firsthand that there are many people out there that are looking for a way to become financially independent. They have jobs or lifestyles that do not suit them. They’re looking for more happiness and purpose. They want to live life on their terms.

They know they want financial independence, but they’re just not sure exactly how to get there. Or they have a speed bump that they’re having a hard time with. Or they need someone to motivate them. They’re looking for someone to personally guide them and show them the path, or keep them honest as they move along.

I’m aware of these challenges that you readers face because you email me to tell me about them.

Well, the time has come for me to spend more time with you guys in a one-on-one fashion.

Moving forward, I’m going to be devoting most of my available free time toward coaching individuals, helping them as they strive toward financial independence and their ultimate potential as human beings.

I truly enjoy writing. And so I’ll continue to publish content here, exploring what financial independence offers in terms of allowing one to pursue happiness and purpose in real-time. Of course, I’ll also continue to publish the weekly undervalued dividend growth stock series, too (for as long as the guys at DTA want me).

But after more than 1,000 articles, and a best-selling book (along with a second book to come), I have a desire to personally connect. After all, writing is just me and a computer. But coaching people allows me to directly impact lives in a positive manner. As such, the frequency of my content production may slow so as to allow me the time necessary to provide the coaching services.

See, I’ve found that I want to make the world a better place. My world is already great. It’s now time to make other people’s worlds great.

I’ve been slowly becoming a philanthropist, working with a few select organizations. I’m incrementally giving cash to these organizations, in hopes that the money can help others less fortunate.

However, I want to do more. I want to directly work with and help people in a more tangible manner. And I want to do so in my niche, in an area I know. I want to feel in command, because I feel that’s the best possible way I can positively impact people. If I can make people happier by helping them achieve the freedom necessary to more effectively pursue happiness, that’s an opportunity that I just can’t pass up.

What if I could help create an army of financially independent folks, who are then all able to individually help positively change the world? The aggregate impact could be something unbelievable!

So if you have challenges or questions, contact me.

If you need a benevolent drill sergeant to provide you cadence and motivation (I promise I won’t yell), let me know.

Want someone to coach you as you go? I’m here.

You know the light is out there, but you just can’t see it? Let me illuminate the way.

Have issues with your budget? Want to learn how to more effectively analyze businesses? Have questions about dividend growth investing? Feeling like the journey is just too hard? Not even sure where to start? Perhaps you’re far along the path but want to talk shop? Maybe you even need help with online entrepreneurship?

I can help.

This path can be lonely at times. There are few people out there who really understand what financial independence is all about, and there are even fewer people who are really interested in walking that path. It can be hard to find support along the way.

But I’ve walked the path. And you’ll meet few people more passionate about this lifestyle than I am.

I hope to be someone who can help you potentially achieve freedom. I want to be your financial independence coach.

I’m very, very excited to work with you guys. As 2017 rolls in, I feel like this is the perfect time to take my life in a slightly new direction.

I only want to help. So if you need help, and if you believe I can help you, I’d love to chat.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, contact me. Or please check out my new COACHING page for more information!

Thanks for reading.

Best of luck on your new path Jason. It doesn’t feel like work when you’ve found your passion. You’ll do just fine in this new role.

      IH,

Thanks so much, bud. I did this for a little while before, but I just didn’t have the resources necessary to fully commit. I do now. 🙂

Hope all is well over there. Happy holidays!!

      Cheers.

      ARB,

Yeah, I tried the coaching back with DM. Demand quickly outstripped supply. I tried to devote more time to it, but everything was quickly becoming overwhelming. I’m now writing less and managing less, so it should be a much better balance now. 🙂

      Happy holidays!

      Cheers.

You are an inspiration. I’m trying my best to do the same like what you did: create passive income, live below my means, and then show others how they can do it too. If everyone can create their own passive income stream, then we can all pursue our passion with little financial worries.

Maybe, my dream is a little utopia and a long shot from reality.

    We all need dreamers. 😀

      livingafeelife,

I don’t think it’s a utopia at all. I’m living it right now. And so are others. Based on the response I’ve received thus far, we’re growing in number… rapidly. 🙂

      Cheers!

      Jef,

It’s been great thus far. For me, I prefer working directly with people over just sitting on my laptop and typing away. I likely won’t be writing for too much longer, but helping people in a more direct way is something I’m super excited about going forward.

      Best regards.
