I uncover a high-quality dividend growth stock that appears to be undervalued each week for Daily Trade Alert, which is a site that focuses on dividend growth investing, stocks, and unique investment opportunities. I’ve been writing for them for years now, and they’re just great over there. Each week, I publish an excerpt of my work, when it’s fresh off the press. That way, you readers are given the opportunity to check it out. The content is totally free. I hope you enjoy!
There are certain inevitabilities in life.
Death.
Taxes.
Work.
There are probably a few others in there, but that’s a pretty solid list right there.
It’s tough to escape these three things.
But what if you could devise a system that at least minimizes one’s exposure to two out of three?

Defintely one company with some good figures. I was screening stocks last night and this one came up so I took a closer look and saw exactly what you wrote up here. Another one that looked great on the screener was Intel.
Always appreciate your evaluations, Jason. Thanks.
Justin,
Outside of an iffy balance sheet, there’s a lot to like here. It’s not as cheap as it was when I last covered it, but it still looks like a relative bargain. I should have initiated a position when I first looked at the stock at a sub-$20 price, but the debt load kind of scared me away a little.
Thanks for dropping by!
Cheers.
Thanks again, Jason for providing me valuable information on undervalued dividend growth stock. I will definitely put it on my review list for potential purchase status for next month. I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for novice investors. I must admit that I review your portfolio and then do my purchases accordingly. I must admit it took some time with sacrifice and saving, to finally have a portfolio that gives dividend income every month. That was the first goal lol, now my dividend income provides $99. A month. Now I know it pales in comparison to others in your forum. But from a person with no financial knowledge and using your information as a guide I am doing great. One major request I would like to ask. Is if there is any way you could provide information on what sectors your portfolio and recommendations for undervalued stocks are? I trade with fidelity and as I started purchasing stocks I got alerts about deficiencies in certain sectors. It would be helpful for newbies like myself. I know it was long Lol. Once again thanks for everything
Fon Fon,
That’s great. I’m really happy to hear that things are working out for you. It all starts with that first dividend payment. And it just snowballs from there. We all have to start at $0. Even Warren Buffett started with $0 at some point (although he was probably 8 at the time).
As for an article on sector allocation, I penned this piece a while ago:
http://www.dividendmantra.com/2015/05/sector-allocation-as-it-pertains-to-dividend-growth-investing/
I would change some things now, as that article was written more than two years ago. I’m a bit more sanguine on utilities, as some of the issues I saw coming down the line regarding solar have been mitigated by a number of tailwinds.
Thanks for stopping by!
Best wishes.
